FAQ/Policies

Cancellations/Reschedules
I completely understand that things happen! If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask that you please do so with at least 48 hour notice so I can try to fill the space in my schedule. You can transfer your deposit to a new appointment once if proper notice of 48 hours is given. If there is less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required to book. Please be aware that there may be a wait time for a new appointment.

Deposits
A nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit secures your appointment date, time and design and will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

Payment Methods
For deposits, I accept Venmo. Day of appointment I accept cash or Venmo.

Touchups
For now, I am offering one free touchup within the first year of your appointment. Touchups after one year will be booked at whatever my current rate is at the time. Please note: free touchups do not apply to hand/finger tattoos. These tattoos almost always need a second and sometimes third session, and will be charged as a normal appointment (most likely my minimum of $125, unless a significant amount of touching up is needed).

Guests
You’re more than welcome to bring a friend to your appointment if you would like! However, I ask that you limit that to only one additional guest. The space is small and can quickly get overcrowded. If you are coming with friends to all get tattooed and we have already chatted about this, this obviously does not apply :)

Designs/Drawing
Once you see your design, if necessary, I am happy to make minor changes — I absolutely want you to be 100% happy with it before we tattoo it! However, please note that any changes requiring me to redraw a significant portion of the design may result in us needing to reschedule your appointment.

Accessibility Information
My studio is located on the second floor of a 120 year old building in NW Portland. There is a flight of stairs to get up to the studio. If you are unable to use stairs, please let me know and we can try to find a solution.
